We are in the process of moving our Knowledge Base to this new site!

Over the next few months we will be reorganizing and moving content from our current Knowledge Base wiki, as well as creating new content here to better support you in your use of our products. We hope you'll find this site much easier to navigate and find for what you need, when you need it.

Our Knowledge Bases aren't meant to replace the traditional support channel, they are meant as a supplement: repositories of knowledge that should benefit anyone that touches an iR solution. If you have a support question, please email support. That's the best way to get quick, private help with your specific problem. But you might consider a quick search here too.
