Setting Student and Institution Application Processes

These preferences appear in the AVAPPS file. The Short names appear on the AVSTUDENTS > Applications > History screen as check boxes.

  1. Navigate Home Preferences App Process.
  2. There are items for Student and Application Process already listed. To change any of these, click into the desired field and type a new item name.
  3. If the item is required for an application to be considered complete, place a check in the Required checkbox beside the item.
  4. Enter an abbreviated name for any Application Process item desired in the Short field. The first five items will appear on the applications list in AVSTUDENTS with their abbreviated names.
  5. Click Apply Prefs to apply changes across the solution.
