The solution can be set to automatically calculate the YOG based on data entered in Grade and Current Academic Year in solution Preferences.
- Navigate Home > Preferences > Misc.
- If you would like the solution to automatically calculate all students’ year of graduation (YOG) when their current grade is entered, place a check in the Auto Update YOG checkbox.
- Be sure to click Force Update YOG if you have chosen this option.
If you do not select this option, then YOG can be entered manually on a student-per-student basis.
