Contact Log

PORTAL allows you to track interactions with the family or the child during the admissions process. The Contact Log tracks the date, time, who the contact was with, by whom, type of contact and any notes associated with the contact. These are individual records in the Contacts table. Custom reports could be created to add more functionality if needed.
