Accounting and STUDENT BILLING terminology
- Credit a payment = Receive a Payment
- Credit Fin Aid, or other tuition reductions = Make an Adjustment to the charge before you create the Invoice.
- Credit an Invoice = Adjust an existing Invoice, which creates a new Invoice with a negative amount.
- Credit Memo = Negative Invoice
