Registrants may be emailed directly from Events Signup. You may also wish to use BROADCASTER to email registrants with existing inquiry records. To do this please see the Viewing a Found Set in PORTAL section of this documentation.
- Navigate to the Registrations domain.
- Click the Form view tab.
- Perform a Find for the registrant you wish to email.
- Click the Registration tab.
- Click the Email letter icon to the right of the Email field. A Send Email window will open.
- Enter an appropriate From email address.
- Fill in the Subject and Body fields.
- Click the Send button.
