End-of-Year Procedures

At the end of the year the enrollment status of students who have graduated or withdrawn from the school must be updated and the admission and enrollment preferences must be set to reflect the upcoming year. Currently enrolled students need to be promoted to the next grade and new students must be entered into the solution. Counselors and support staff need to be assigned to new students and may need to be reassigned to returning students.
