ADVOCATE has the ability to track multiple GPA data. In Preferences you will determine which GPA data is recorded on students’ college applications and which GPA data will be used for charting.
- Navigate Home > Preferences > GPAs.
- Select which GPA data you wish to be included on students’ college applications by clicking in the appropriate radio button next to Default GPA Rank.
- Select either Adjusted or Non-Adjusted to determine which GPA data will be used for charting.
- Enter a value for Chart GPA Max. This is the highest GPA value possible.
- Click Apply Prefs to apply changes throughout the solution.
