The Waiver Code email confirmation message can be edited on the Messages tab, which contains:
- Application instructions
- Application Fee Waiver confirmation message
- Recommendation instructions
To edit the Waiver Code email confirmation message, you will navigate to Sources.
- Within PWS, click More > Sources.
- If you accept applications via Gateway to Prep (GTP) or Standard Application Online (SAO), you will see this screen. Use the green arrow to navigate into PWS: Sources Main.
- In PWS Sources: Main, click the Advanced tab and then click the Messages subtab.
- From the list on the left of messages that can be edited, select Application Fee Waived Email Applicant.
- Click Download to bring in the most recent message text from the web.
- Messages are formatted using HTML. Simple formatting can now be applied to the instructions, agreement, and field labels (using Filemaker’s formatting options). The formats will appear properly in the PDF version of the recommendation as well as the online form.
- Click Upload to save your changes to the web page.
- A dialog box will appear to confirm that the upload is complete. Click OK.
