Private vs. Public

A public event is one which anyone may register for. Private events are not open to the public and have a separate URL. This URL may be distributed by email to the prospective registrants.

1. Navigate to the Master Events domain.
2. Click the Form view tab.
3. Perform a Find for the event you wish to modify.
4. Click the Event Setup tab.
5. Click the checkbox next to Private Event.
6. Click the URL tab.
7. Click the Generate Private URL button.
8. Click the blue Upload Event button to commit your changes.
