The status of inquiry records is tracked in Event Signup. You may also open existing inquiry records in PORTAL.
- Navigate to the Registrations domain.
- Click the List view tab.
- Perform a Find for the registrations you wish to view. Inquiries received in PWS will have Retrieved as their Inquiry Status. Inquiry records that exist in PORTAL will have the checkbox in the Inquiry column checked.
- Click the green arrow button next to the inquiry checkbox to open that record in PORTAL.
- Click the Show Inquiries button to open all inquiries in your found set in PORTAL.
