Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner to access Preferences.
- In the Setup tab, you can enter a default email address for test emails, if desired. Otherwise, an email address can be entered manually when you click the Test Alert button.
- The Advanced tab displays information that will have been configured during your implementation with an iR staff member. You should not need to access or change any of the information displayed here.
- The Phone Home tab displays information about your copy of WorkFlow Alerts. It is a way for inRESONANCE to keep track of what version and updates you are running in PORTAL. This information will be configured during implementation and should not be altered unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the iR staff.
- Click the Close button to exit Preferences.
- For WFA to work properly, BROADCASTER must already be installed and functioning within PORTAL.
