  • Mac User Alert: Do not upgrade to FileMaker Pro 19.4.1 or OS Monterey

    The Mailit plugin in the iRLOCKFILE for FM 19 is not compatible with OS Monterey and FM Pro 19.4.1. 

    FM Pro 19.4.1 does NOT support OS Mojave.

    Web Services Maintenance: Monday, July 12th, 8pm EDT through Tuesday, July 13th, 8am EDT

    In order to provide you with a reliable system, we periodically need to perform systems maintenance and updates. 

    This post is to notify you of maintenance that will take place from Monday, July 12th at 8:00 PM EDT through Tuesday, July 13th at 8:00 AM EDT.

    During this outage, inRESONANCE web services will not be accessible for any users. Attempts to login during Maintenance will be redirected to a webpage informing them of the Maintenance.

    The affected services include SFO, PWS, SBWS, FAM, GWS, TAM2, EVENT Signup, BillPay, SAO, Finalsite, and Clever pushes

    PORTAL Direct will NOT be impacted.

    During this maintenance, all inRESONANCE web services databases will be migrated to a server in one of our Community Brands Data Centers. This migration will allow us to have control over timing of maintenance moving forward. 

    Once the migration is complete, web services will resume with no action required by you.

    We apologize for the late notice but wanted to make sure that all of our preparations and testing were completed and the migration on schedule prior to notifying you. We planned the timing of this maintenance so there is minimal impact on you, our clients.

  • BROADCASTER Outage (UPDATE)

    We are experiencing an outage with SendGrid which is impacting BROADCASTER.

    We need to create and distribute new SendGrid account credentials to every school. We will work through our client list as fast as we can.

  • Maintenance Completed with No Outage at 2:40pm ET

    Dear inRESONANCE Client,

    Our team was able to complete the unscheduled maintenance this afternoon online without taking the server down, so there was not any outage or loss of service. However, there was no way of knowing this in advance.

Our datacenter provider has notified us of the need for maintenance and web services will be down beginning at 2pm ET today. This email is to notify you of maintenance that will take place today, May 17th at 2:00 PM ET.

     

    During this outage, inRESONANCE web services will not be accessible for any users.

    Our datacenter provider experienced an issue during routine maintenance. Our monitoring systems alerted us to the incident immediately and we have been in contact with the datacenter support staff who have let us know they're already working towards a resolution.

    During this planned downtime, inRESONANCE web services will not be accessible for all users. These are the affected services, including all current parent and applicant logins to:

  • Web Services having intermittent issues (RESOLVED 6-3-20, 3PM EDT)

    We are getting reports that users are having issues with uploading data to their web services (TAM, SFO, FAM, PWS/SBWS, GWS) and families cannot access some of the services.

    The problem is being investigated. We will report changes as we know them.

    The problem is with Chrome. Please use Safari, Firefox and Edge.

  • Web Services slowdown (RESOLVED)

    Update: As of 4:30 PM EDT the system is working normally and you can once again process any uploads or retrievals.

    iWeb has confirmed that it was an issue with their load balancer, but we have not heard back from them yet on the cause or what they did to resolve the issue.
    Community Brands IT continues to monitor the systems.

    Update: As of 12:55 PM EDT, iWeb restored services and the system appears to be working normally again.

    If you have non-critical uploads or retrievals, please hold off on those for a few hours as we expect the server load to be unusually high in the next few hours as schools and families catch up after this outage.

    We do not have a specific cause and what steps were taken to resolve the issue, but as soon as we receive that information we will post it here, as well as any corrective actions we will take.

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

    inRESONANCES's iWeb cluster of servers that host PWS, SBWS, FAM, SFO, Event Signup, GWS, and TAM2 are experiencing a load balancing issue this morning.

    This is slowing down the response of these servers.

    We are also under an extremely heavy load today as it is PWS decision day for many schools.

    Please postpone any non-critical uploading or retrieving from these web services until this issue is resolved, so we can save the limited resources for critical tasks (TAM2 Attendance and PWS decisions).

    The Community Brand's IT team is working with iWeb on the issue, and we will post updates as we receive them.
