    Our datacenter provider experienced an issue during routine maintenance. Our monitoring systems alerted us to the incident immediately and we have been in contact with the datacenter support staff who have let us know they're already working towards a resolution.

    We hope to have these services back online ASAP! These are the affected services, including all staff, current parent and applicant logins to:
    • SFO
    • PWS
    • SBWS
    • FAM
    • GWS
    • TAM2
    • EVENT Signup
    • BillPay vs. 1 & 2
    • SAO fetch
    • Finalsite
    • Clever pushes

  • Web Services Scheduled Maintenance - Friday Night, February 26th

    In order to provide you with a reliable system, we periodically need to perform systems maintenance and updates. 

    We wanted to notify you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance window that will take place this Friday night:

    Friday, February 26th at 11:00 PM ET and lasting through Saturday, February 27th at 8:00 AM ET.

    During this planned downtime, inRESONANCE web services will not be accessible for all users. These are the affected services, including all current parent and applicant logins to:

    • SFO
    • PWS
    • SBWS
    • FAM
    • GWS
    • TAM2
    • EVENT Signup
    • BillPay vs. 1 & 2

    Your PORTAL Direct access will NOT be affected by this maintenance.

  • Web Services having intermittent issues (RESOLVED 6-3-20, 3PM EDT)

    We are getting reports that users are having issues with uploading data to their web services (TAM, SFO, FAM, PWS/SBWS, GWS) and families cannot access some of the services.

    The problem is being investigated. We will report changes as we know them.

    The problem is with Chrome. Please use Safari, Firefox and Edge.

  • Web Services slowdown (RESOLVED)

    Update: As of 4:30 PM EDT the system is working normally and you can once again process any uploads or retrievals.

    iWeb has confirmed that it was an issue with their load balancer, but we have not heard back from them yet on the cause or what they did to resolve the issue.
    Community Brands IT continues to monitor the systems.

    Update: As of 12:55 PM EDT, iWeb restored services and the system appears to be working normally again.

    If you have non-critical uploads or retrievals, please hold off on those for a few hours as we expect the server load to be unusually high in the next few hours as schools and families catch up after this outage.

    We do not have a specific cause and what steps were taken to resolve the issue, but as soon as we receive that information we will post it here, as well as any corrective actions we will take.

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

    inRESONANCES's iWeb cluster of servers that host PWS, SBWS, FAM, SFO, Event Signup, GWS, and TAM2 are experiencing a load balancing issue this morning.

    This is slowing down the response of these servers.

    We are also under an extremely heavy load today as it is PWS decision day for many schools.

    Please postpone any non-critical uploading or retrieving from these web services until this issue is resolved, so we can save the limited resources for critical tasks (TAM2 Attendance and PWS decisions).

    The Community Brand's IT team is working with iWeb on the issue, and we will post updates as we receive them.

  • Security issue with GWS (RESOLVED)

    We were alerted to an issue with the GENERATIONS Web Services (GWS) payment service page, that can allow the automated testing of credit card numbers against the site. We have a resolution in progress, but until then we have disabled the GWS sites and placed a Site on Maintenance message in its place.
    We expect to have the issue resolved and re-enable GWS back on tomorrow (9/27/2019).

    We have added a reCAPTCHA module to all of the GWS donation pages. The GWS pages are now live again.

  • Support email (support@inresonance.com) was bouncing emails

    As part of our migration of email systems, the support@inresonance.com email was misconfigured, and emails sent to it from 9/15-9/17/2018 may have bounced back to the sender.

    The issue was resolved at approximately 10:30 AM EDT on 9/17/2018, and the mail is working normally now.

    If you did receive a bounce-back email while submitting a new case or replying to an existing support case, please resend your email.

  • TAM2 user login issue (resolved)

    After reports of an issue where teachers were unable to login to TAM2 ("Couldn't load tam from Super Dev Mode server..."), we found a problem with some recent code changes to the system. The problem is resolved and the system now is working normally. The issue began 2/15/2017 at approximately 10:15 AM EST and was resolved on 2/15/2017 at 12:20 PM EST

  • PWS/SBWS, SFO, FAM, TAM2, GWS, BillPay pages failing to load

    We are investigating an issue affecting the inRESONANCE hosted web services (PWS/SBWS, SFO, FAM, TAM2, GWS, BillPay) but not TavTrac or Schoolyard sites.
    As of 10:15 AM EST services are restored, and we are determining the cause of the outage.

    If you are still encountering errors loading these web services, please refresh your browser to reload the page.

    If you had issues publishing to the web or retrieving from the web, for these web services, please try again.

  • SFO and PWS/SBWS Forms failing to generate PDF files (RESOLVED)

    We are investigating an issue where submitted SFO forms are not generating PDF files of the forms. This also delays the retrieval of those forms from the web into your PORTAL/KEYSTONE/SANDBOX solution.  
    We have identified an issue with our third party PDF service and are working with them to resolve the issue.

    UPDATE: [4:41PM EDT] - The core PDF generation service has been restored but there is a backlog of PDF's that still need to get created. We are in the process of clearing this backlog and will provide updates as the situation evolves.

    UPDATE: [9:36AM EDT] - The SFO PDF backlog has been cleared and the service is operating normally.

    UPDATE: [10:20AM EDT] - This issue also affected PDF versions of Applications (in PWS/SBWS) and Recommendations (in PWS). The Recommendation PDF backlog has been cleared. Application PDF's are automatically generated when previewed in PWS/SBWS. The service is now operating normally.
