Campaign Reporting

There are two standard reports associated with Campaigns. These are accessible from the Reports button located in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

  • Campaign Fund Totals: Details campaign transactions summarized by fund and/or appeal.
  • Trans detail grouped by Campaign/Fund: Details every campaign transaction per fund and/or appeal.
  1. Select the desired report by clicking the appropriate button.

  1. A dialogue box will ask if you want to run the report for this campaign only or the found set. Click the desired button.
  2. The Report dialogue box will appear. If you wish to enter a report name different from the default name listed, enter a new name in the Override field.

  1. Select the desired radio button at the bottom of the window to PrintPreview or Preview/Print.
  2. Click Continue.
