Configuring Value Lists

There are a variety of pop up menus with predetermined values throughout the solution. These values are established in solution Preferences.

1. Navigate Home > Preferences > Value Lists.

You will see a series of value lists. These value lists already contain values but are entirely editable.

2. Click on Edit Value List.

A list of values will appear with the word Edit at the bottom.

3. If you choose to edit the list, select Edit.

An Edit Value List dialogue box will appear with the existing values displayed.

4. Merely click into the box to edit or delete any existing values.
5. To add a new value, click after the last value, use your Return key to create a new line and type the new value.
6. Click OK when you are finished.

The following value lists and their definitions are modifiable.
