The Reports screen in the Constituents file contains layouts that organize constituent data in useful formats. The standard constituent reports listed below are available from the Reports screen within the Constituents file.

To Run a Constituent Report
- Do a Find for the appropriate group of constituents.
- Oce you have your Found Set, click the Reports icon in the task bar at the top of the GENERATIONS window.
- Select the desired report by clicking the appropriate button.
- Depending on which report is chosen, a dialog box may appear asking for additional report information. Complete the information as required.
