Sending the same email text to a group of students, their parents, or to college contacts is easy in ADVOCATE. With ADVOCATE Email each person selected receives the same email message but with his or her name as a personal salutation. File attachments can also be included.
When sending email to students, you have the option of sending email to the students’ home and/or school email addresses and to include their parents if desired. A contact log item can be automatically generated to indicate that an email has been sent from within Email. Email requires a third party FileMaker Pro plug-in.
