GENERATIONS

GENERATIONS, a FileMaker® Pro based Alumni-Development /Advancement office solution, is designed to handle the complex tasks of constituent and fund management. Developed with the needs of schools and non-profit organizations in mind, GENERATIONS gives you the tools to track constituents and fundraising efficiently and effectively.

With GENERATIONS you are able to identify and view any group of constituents without writing a query, view a summary of their giving histories, save multiple addresses for any constituent, and track communications with constituents. Additionally, you have the ability to save found sets of constituents, send email to any group with merged content directly from the solution, and track correspondence and actions on a per constituent basis.

GENERATIONS allows you to manage unlimited funds, campaigns, appeals, and events. Event management includes tracking invitations, RSVPs and event effectiveness. Constituents can be linked together by any type of relationship, gifts can be posted singly or in batches, and daily receipts printed. Printing of acknowledgements for gifts, pledges, soft credits and matching gifts is easily done from within the solution.
