HEALTH Concepts

Within HEALTH 2, you can compile and add to a comprehensive medical profile for an individual, set up medical alerts, track vaccinations, allergies, and outstanding inventory. You can monitor staff certifications. You can also easily communicate with parents by email, using BROADCASTER, such information as expiring medications, dispensings, and when their child has visited the Health Center.

A collection of reports includes a log of visits to the Health Center, year-on-year comparisons of activity, as well as lists of allergies and medical alerts with patient photos.

HEALTH is a patient-oriented solution that is sync’d with your core solution in order to create patient records for all current students and staff. Within an individual patient’s record are all the tools needed to manage a patient’s data; you are not required to move away from the patient record to accomplish the task at hand. There are other ways of looking at the data in HEALTH; however, when dealing with patients, you will find it most efficient to work within the Patients screen.

The Home screen gives you direct access to a list of outstanding inventory, medication on hand, and links to create a New Log Item and an ad hoc New Patient. The quick reports on the right side of the Home screen can give you a quick and easy display of your HEALTH data, in most-used layouts.

This documentation will present the workflow from within Patients.
