This is how a multi-part application might appear to families in their secure online account:
When Adm/Enr Status changes to Applied with a Multi-part Application
- When using a multi-part application, all Parts are required to be submitted, with or without an Application Fee.
- Part One of the application is always tied to the Application Process Status Item.
When using a multi-part application, there are two possible scenarios for when the AE status for an Inquiry record moves to Applied:
CASE 1
Application Process Status Item is submitted and Application Fee is paid = APPLIED
Application Part 2 is submitted on the same date or a subsequent date.
CASE 2
Application Part One and Part Two are submitted = APPLIED
CASE 3: Never Possible
It is NEVER possible to move Adm/Enr status to APPLIED if Part One has not been submitted.
