Recording Financial Aid Information

Financial aid information is recorded on the Financial Aid screen. This screen can be customized to closely represent the items you track. Unless you have our FA module, the family contribution will auto-calculate based on the tuition amount that has been set up in PORTAL Preferences.

  1. Navigate to INQUIRIES > Financial Aid.
  2. Find the child or children for whom you wish to record financial aid information.
  3. Record information by placing a checkbox next to the item and typing a date in the Date field.
  4. Enter the FA decision.
  5. Enter grant and/or award amount.
