Setting Preferences

Most Student Billing Preferences will be configured during implementation.

Student Billing Setup

  1. From the Student Billing Workflow screen, click the gear icon in the top task bar to enter Preferences.

Student Billing Preferences are distributed among four tabs:

  • General tab – report and printing elements
  • Setup tab – business rules for GL codes, fees, payment rules, schedules
  • Contact tab – details about the school and business office that will appear on reports
  • Advanced tab – utilities used primarily when troubleshooting with iR
