The Error, “This script cannot be found or has been deleted” Appears When Clicking on a Button in the List
You may experience this error when clicking on a button in the following lists in Financial Aid v3.0:
- Main List View
- Applicants
- Action List
- Family 1
- Family 2
- Estimated Amounts
- Proposed Amounts
- Awarded Amounts
- Proposed/Awarded Amounts
To fix this issue, the button should be linked to the correct script. You may do this by completing the following steps:
- Log into an admin account.
- While in Browse Mode, go to the list which gives the error.
- Switch to Layout Mode.
- Double-click on the orange button icon (Note: this icon may be “hidden” behind the Body tab. You can still select it).
- When the Button Setup window appears, ensure that Perform Script is selected on the left side of this window.
- Click the Specify button on the right side of this window. A list of scripts will appear. Select the script labeled, nav – gtrr PTInquiries.IDInquiry and click OK.
- Click OK.
- Go to Browse Mode and save changes if prompted.
