Process Status Items

Process Status Items are those items that you either require an applicant to do or submit in order to be considered for admission. These are setup for you during implementation but can be changed as needed.

These items appear as checkboxes on the Overview screen of sbINQUIRIES and on the App/Decision screen with associated date fields.

Changing Process Status Items

  1. Navigate to Preferences > Process.
  2. All the items that are part of the admission process are listed. Those that are required have a checkbox in the required grade.
  3. To change what is required, merely check or uncheck items as desired.

Adding New Process Items

Sometimes, new Process Items need to be added to the Process screen in sbINQUIRIES to accurately reflect the admission process. Please contract us at [email protected] and we will help you with this.
