  3. Multiple Child Inquiry Form.   When a family completes the inquiry form for one child, they can now click a link at the end of that form, before submitting the form, to Add a Child. Fields for an additional child are automatically added to the inquiry form, so that families enter household and parent information only once for multiple inquiries.
  1. Application Fee Conditions.    Application fees can now be charged based on the applicant’s response to specified questions on the application, such as requesting financial aid, sibling or legacy status, or who will be financially responsible for the applicant.
  1. Find Filter Drop-Down Menus..   The various find buttons on the Retrieved Records List screen have been replaced with drop-down menus to filter the data. In the Retrieved Records list, the new filtered views are In Progress, Submitted, Open, Closed; Linked, Not Linked; New Data, Flagged, Ignored, and All.
  1. New Data Checkbox.    In the Retrieved Records List, there is now a New Data checkbox for each record. It will appear as checked if new data has been retrieved since the last time a record was processed.
  2. Data Brokering Screens.    The data brokering screens that link SBWS records to SANDBOX now feature more search fields to match families and inquiries (Last Name, First Name, City, and Postal Code), a filter to “show me data that doesn’t match”, “Skip All” and “Select All” buttons, and more.
  1. Upload AND Download Banner Graphics.   Upload/Download function. Users can now download and upload the the Banner, the Header, and the Printout image for the online application via the new Graphics tab in Sources > Advanced.
  2. iR Documents Security Classes.   Application-related documents and photos that are submitted via an upload widget in the online application will be stored in iR Documents and assigned to a security class, which means Users will be able to view only those types of documents for which they have permission. Documents are available within an applicant’s SANDBOX record; photos can be mapped to fields in SANDBOX. Paper applications and related documents can be scanned and uploaded into SANDBOX.
  3. Sharing of Completed Application PDFs.   Completed Application PDFs can now be shared outside of your solution.If desired, the school can set a limited period of time during which Users can view a PDF of an application without authenticating. The link to the PDF can be shared. The time limit during which authentication is not required is set in the General Prefs area of Sources with the “Preview exp (days)” field.
  1. “Email to” Address Capability.   A new preference allows the school to specify an “Email to” address where internal Inquiry Submission and Application Submission notices will be sent. This setting is configured in Sources > Main > Settings tab, Email Notices.
  2. Simplified Inquiry Instructions.   Editing your inquiry instructions has been simplified. Users can now edit the Inquiry Instructions in Sources > Main > Advanced tab, Messages. Download the instructions field from the server, add changes, upload, and view the changes on the inquiry form (if their form has this field). Note that the option to choose a formatting method is no longer there.
  3.  Payment by e-check.   SBWS 3 can accept payments by credit card, EFT, and e-check*.*This feature requires an Merchant Service Provider account that supports EFT/ACH debit, and is not available internationally.
