- Click the gear in the top right to enter Preferences.
- In the Paper Size area of Preferences, click the Default paper size button to make a selection from the drop-down list.
Setting the paper size in the Preferences menu affects the entire database and all users. Setting the paper size in Page Setup only affects the user making the change.
