The TAM 2 product consists of a few main parts.
- TAM2/MobileTAM – The web service that teachers and staff use to access/enter data
- TAM2.fmp – FileMaker based admin tool
- iRDataShuttle (iRDS)/School Central Converter (SCC) – How the data is synchronized between KEYSTONE and the web
There are two main domains for administrating TAM 2:
- Registrar: Maintaining KEYSTONE master schedule data, KEYSTONE Setup Preferences, TAM 2 preferences, and managing staff access roles to TAM 2
- Data Shuttle: Using the iRDataShuttle Dashboard to monitor the health of the data shuttle, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
