Once the end of year procedures for student records (withdrawing, graduating, promoting, and enrolling) have been completed, you will need to reset the re-enrollment fields so that student records in sbSTUDENTS do not reflect enrollment decisions for the past year.
Caution: Do not reset the re-enrollment fields until after you have completed Withdrawing Transfers, Graduating Students, Promoting Enrolled Students, and Enrolling Fall Admits. Otherwise data pertaining to their re-enrollment status may be lost before they are processed.
- Navigate to sbSTUDENTS > Reenrollment.
- Show all records by clicking Show All Records in the Records menu.
- Click Reset Reenrollment Fields. A dialogue box will appear asking you if you wish to reset all reenrollment fields.
- Click Proceed. All fields under the Reenrollment heading in sbSTUDENTS > Reenrollment will now be reset and ready for the next year’s reenrollment.
