Resetting Re-enrollment Fields

Once the end of year procedures for student records (withdrawing, graduating, promoting, and enrolling) have been completed, you will need to reset the re-enrollment fields so that student records in sbSTUDENTS do not reflect enrollment decisions for the past year.

Caution: Do not reset the re-enrollment fields until after you have completed Withdrawing TransfersGraduating StudentsPromoting Enrolled Studentsand Enrolling Fall AdmitsOtherwise data pertaining to their re-enrollment status may be lost before they are processed.

  1. Navigate to sbSTUDENTS > Reenrollment.
  2. Show all records by clicking Show All Records in the Records menu.
  3. Click Reset Reenrollment Fields. A dialogue box will appear asking you if you wish to reset all reenrollment fields.
  4. Click Proceed. All fields under the Reenrollment heading in sbSTUDENTS > Reenrollment will now be reset and ready for the next year’s reenrollment.
