inRESONANCE SANDBOX is an open-customizable solution based on FileMaker® Pro software, created specifically to easily manage student, family and personnel information from admissions to graduation. It is designed to help you easily access and organize vital information and integrate daily productivity tasks in order to improve your overall efficiency.
SANDBOX is designed to handle the everyday tasks of managing school information. With SANDBOX you are able to track:
- Student information including grade, homeroom, health information and emergency contacts
- Daily attendance
- Admissions information including interviews, receptions, and application status
- Family information including contact and work details
- Yearly census and federal program information
- Personnel information including employment, contact and education details
In addition, with SANDBOX you are able to:
- Print student, parent, and personnel mailing labels and name tags
- Generate merge letters and emails directly from within SANDBOX
- Print class lists, family directories, health information and more
- Examine year-to-year admission statistics
- Retain information on all families, students and personnel who have had a relationship with the school over the years

- USING SANDBOX V 3.X details step-by-step instructions on how to perform specific tasks using the newest version of SANDBOX. You will most likely need to refer to this chapter periodically until you become comfortable using SANDBOX.
- USING SANDBOX V 2.X details step-by-step instructions on how to perform specific tasks using older versions of SANDBOX. You will most likely need to refer to this chapter periodically until you become comfortable using SANDBOX.
Throughout this documentation, the structure and use of the standard SANDBOX default layouts will be described and the process by which data is managed in the system will be detailed. Please note that your screens may vary somewhat from those pictured in this documentation due to customization upon installation, or to customization done at a later date.
