Tracking Personnel Information

There are many fields in sbPERSONNEL which make it simple to maintain data about the personnel at your school.

Note that the fields in sbPERSONNEL may have been modified upon installation or at a later date.

Overview Screen

The Overview Screen provides a “snapshot” of pertinent personnel information for employees. This includes:

  • First, Middle, Last Name
  • Prefix, Suffix, Initials, and Maiden Name
  • Homeroom and Students
  • Position
  • Grade
  • Office Number
  • Status
  • Gender
  • Fulltime/Parttime (FT/PT)
  • Date of Hire
  • Ethnicity
  • Emergency and Personal Contact Information
  • Personal Family Information
  • Education Information
  • Teaching Experience
  • Employment Status
  • Homeroom

To enter or update personnel information navigate to sbPERSONNEL. There are three tabs:

  • Overview
  • Employment
  • Personal
