KEYSTONE End-of-Year Procedures (EOY)

Once all end-of-the-year grade reports have been completed, you will want to roll the academic year forward and create your classes for the following academic year. If you’ve been vigilant about withdrawing students and changing the returning statuses of any students who will not be returning, then you are already one step ahead. If not, there are instructions for these two steps below.

The following steps will move KEYSTONE into the next academic year.

These steps should be followed in the order listed; performing these steps in a different order may require clean-up later.

  1. Update advisors for the new Academic Year.
  2. Graduate and withdraw non-returning students.
  3. Promote returning students.
  4. Enroll new students.
  5. Roll the academic year forward.
  6. Rebuild Student Records.
