Managing User Accounts in BROADCASTER 3

In BROADCASTER 3, internal user accounts are managed in the Preferences file.

  1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner to open the Preferences file.

  1. Click on the Advanced tab > Functions sub-tab. Look for the Accounts area.

Adding a new internal user account

  • To add a new user account, type in the new Account Name and click the button Create Account.

Making a change to an existing user account

  • Enter the name of the existing user account you wish to alter.
  • To change the password for an existing account, click the button Change Password.
  • To delete the account, click Delete Account. This will remove the account altogether.
  • To deactivate an account, click Deactivate Account. The account will still exist, but it is not active.
  • Click Activate Account to make an account active again.
