If you would like to configure BROADCASTER to use your mail server after it has been implemented, perform the following:

Open the main BROADCASTER overview window (or open the BROADCASTER file directly from File > Open Remote in FileMaker Pro)

Click on the gear icon in the top-right to open the Preferences panel

Choose the SMTP tab

If you are choosing a new server, click the Add button in the upper-right corner of the screen and enter the server details (you may need to obtain these from your IT department)

Click Select This Server on the line next to the server you prefer
We recommend that you immediately send a test broadcast after changing SMTP servers to make sure that everything is working as expected.
