The REGISTRATIONS domain manages the academic information of the school, one academic year at a time. There is one ksSTUDENTREG record for every section a student completes over their entire academic life at the school. This record includes marks, comments, GPAs, GPEs, and credits. The REGISTRATIONS domain is where student schedules are created, which can also be viewed as Teacher rosters and Section Lists. GPA calculations, grade reports and comments are also generated in the REGISTRATIONS domain.
Student Registrations Creator, Drop/Add and Batch Add are all located within the REGISTRATIONS domain. Each offers a different approach to creating and changing student registration records.

ksSTUDENTREG
A student’s REGISTRATIONS, or ksSTUDENTREG records for one academic year, combined with ATTENDANCE and DISCIPLINE records, constitute the student’s ENROLLMENT record for that year. A history of ENROLLMENT records for a student accumulates year-by-year within the student’s PERMANENT RECORD, or ksPERMRECS.
