Constituent management is done primarily from within the Constituents file. The Constituents file contains a record for every constituent you are managing.

The Overview screen in the Constituents file provides a quick snapshot of constituent information. Information may not be entered or edited on the Overview tab; selected data from other tabs are displayed here for the purpose of quickly and easily accessing primary information about individual constituents. Contact information, constituent codes, most recent action, solicitation information, and giving summaries are all available on the Overview screen.

More detailed information about a constituent can be easily viewed and/or modified on the Contact, Giving, Attributes, Contact Log, and Events screens within Constituents.

You can do a Find on any field or group of fields in GENERATIONS 3.x, and then perform productivity tasks—run lists, letters, labels or emails—from inside the solution, no need for exports.
