One web services account is created for each unique email address associated with a student or his parents according to the preferences set. One account may have within it different roles for all the web services you utilize. A role for each web service is required in order to give access to an account to that service. Student and Family accounts are linked through Student ID and Family ID.
The workflow for creating accounts, and the roles associated with those accounts, is almost identical:
- Publish or Upload.
- Sync accounts.
- Enable access.
- Test the web site.
- Notify accounts.
