FA – Financial Aid
YOG – Year of Graduation
Applicants – Students who are applying for financial aid in the upcoming year.
Awards – Budget items that include grants, loans, remissions, stipends, and other undefined categories.
Documents – Materials required for a financial aid application to be complete
Gap – Amount of tuition and fees minus offered financial aid and calculated family contributions.
Admission Status – Current record status from Portal admission solution.
FA Decision – Current decision status in the financial aid solution.

IDFA – (FAStudent ID) The unique ID associated with each student record.
IDInquiry – (Inquiry ID) This ID links the student to a specific inquiry record in the Inquiries file.
FAAwards ID – The unique ID associated with each award.
FAYearY0 – (FAYear) The year of the financial aid request. Must be of the form yyyy-yyyy.
IDFamily1 – This ID is the unique ID for the Family1 household in the Families file, and links the student to that household.
IDFamily2 – This ID is the unique ID for the Family2 household in the Families file, and links the student to that household.
