At any point during the year, sbSTUDENTS should have the exact number of students currently attending the school. If these numbers do not match, then either students who have left the school have not been moved out of sbSTUDENTS to sbARCHIVES, or admitted students still need to be imported from sbINQUIRIES.
When students are imported from sbINQUIRIES all relevant data from their inquiry record as well as their family links are placed into their sbSTUDENTS record. It is important to be aware that, although the information imported from sbFAMILIES is editable from sbSTUDENTS, any changes made to family information will change that information for siblings as well.
