When you feel confident that your broadcast message is complete and its appearance meets your high expectations, you are ready to Merge your broadcast.
The Advanced Tab
Use the Advanced Tab to communicate precedence of your broadcast (bulk, junk, list) to email client software. By default, your broadcast message will be set to a Precedence of Bulk, which should keep your messages from being routed into a spam filter for the recipients SMTP mail server.
The Merge Button
Merging your broadcast will create individual messages for each recipient, and may take a few minutes. You will not be able to use your computer while the merge is taking place.
- Click the Merge button. A dialog will pop up asking if you are sure.
Merging is NOT the same as sending. You will be able to Go Back to continue working on your core message if you decide to make further changes. Then you can merge your messages again.
