BROADCASTER 3 is a powerful module for sending individual HTML-formatted email messages with merged data to a found set of records—from within any of the core iR solutions.
With BROADCASTER 3, you communicate with your constituents using templates that support your branding. You can create your own HTML layouts and custom CSS themes in BROADCASTER 3. Add your logos and banners, and adjust fonts and colors to reflect your organization’s identity. Add images, links and attachments.
Each message can merge data from within your solution so your email contains data that is specific to each recipient. Each message in its merged state is an individual message that you can personalize. Broadcasts can be created and then scheduled for a specific date and time. Once your broadcast has been sent, you can see immediately who did or did not open your email, and even track which recipients clicked on a link in the message—and then, if you choose, you can send a followup email to all or part of your recipient list.
To get you started, BROADCASTER 3.3 ships with four HTML layouts and four CSS themes. Each template—Blast Modern, Invitation Classic, Letter Classic, and Newsletter Modern—has its own basic layout. First you select a template for your broadcast, then you apply a theme (sans serif font or serif font; colored header type or black header type).
