SchoolForms Online (SFO) is a hosted web service that allows a school to build its own online forms—re-enrollment contracts and deposit forms and the myriad general forms (with credit card payment attached, if desired)—and then publish those forms to enrolled families inside secure online accounts.
The school decides what information from the database is presented to families, either as read-only or open for editing. Families review, edit, and return their forms online. The school then retrieves completed forms, importing new data into the core solution and sharing it with other offices in the school.
